11:58 finish, 1st time with 14# and hitting 9′ did 11 in a row in the beginning but very broken after that.
Worked up to 153# on the back squats
Back squat- 185, 205, 225, 245, 255
WOD- 11:36 rx. Worked on hook grip and was able to power through much better. Even the 2nd rd did sets of 5 on cleans with ease.
Trying a new squat cycle so everybody better watch out for my squat in about 13 weeks, that means you, busola! Ha ha…

9:13rx for the metcon, power cleans were the slow part for me, everything else was unbroken
WOD – 8:07, everything rx except I had to row instead of run due to toe. Second round of pullups were surprisingly hard.
