    Previous PR of 153 (thought it was 158) so I just went from 153 to 163 but ended up working out. Good way to start off a Monday!!

    Max push-ups 6am Wednesday for anyone else interested!

    73# on power cleans (left elbow sleeping more than the right)
    24″ box step ups to jumping pull ups

    Feels good

    Did all my Burpee pull ups RX so im proud of that.
    No clue of my time though.
    Time was probably good enough for
    Reebok crossfit games thats all i know ha!!

    Scaled the power cleans to 165 and was happy I did on the fifth round. The rest was Rx’d at 17:23.
