Monday – 060412 – Back Squat, Run, KB Swings…

These women can lift!

3 Rounds, each for time:

10 Back Squats (225/163)
800 M Run
30 KB Swings (53/35)

The back squat should not need to be broken up at any point. Choose loads that are challenging but manageable. Rest as needed between rounds.

Post thoughts and times to “comments”.

    Rest times: 5:00, 5:15

103# on the back squats. Not the best form on each of those back squats. I was pretty consistent on the run time (5 seconds off) even though I felt more sluggish each time. KB swings still a mental block to go unbroken. Did make it to 17 once.

The worst part for me was the runs after the squats, my legs felt like cement during the runs.
Great class with the noon peeps !!!
