    Not a good showing today with the knee and was really out of gas on the pushups. 21:38, 85# DLs Of course the half-dozen macaroons I scarfed down right before class probably didn’t help. Thanks Steph ! ;)

    Warm-Up: 165-175-180-180-185, a welcome improvement from my CF Total numbers!

    I did 10 pushups instead of 15, since my “push muscles” apparently aren’t as big, according to Tyler haha. Finished in 16:14 with RXd weight (95#).

    WOD: 15:46 Rx

    Pushups were 3-3-3-2-2-2 in later rounds…
    I really need to work on my strength in that area
    Deadlifts were 10-5 in later rounds…could I have done 15? Probably….
    Also? My lungs were full of … crud.

    Finished strong in the deadlifts. Not in the push-ups. I, like Ian, was doing “minisets” 4-4-4-3. My “push muscles” fatigue quickly.
