    Time: 25:33. Around a minute slower than my best time.

    Adding a 4pm class isn’t of much use as I have to be at work. You are just going to have to give up whatever else you have going on at 6pm and teach the scheduled class.

    Great video. I’m a n00b to Crossfit, have been working with Tyler on some Elements stuff and each session I learn something valuable – today it was that a really wide, almost sumo stance seems to work a lot better for a tall guy with bad knees. Am looking forward to joining a regular class soon and meeting the members of Tyler’s little gang.

    Chill out. He is one man running each class, everyday, by himself. So one day he has a business meeting that requires him to move his classes up 1 hours? Big deal. Maybe you are joking, maybe you are not. Either way that comment is not appropriate.
