Ring dips: all but first 5-7 were assisted
Push-ups: not good (probably my worst area now), but coming along

front squat 3x5: 175, 185 (3), 185 (4).  was doing 165 (or 55?) FS for Stanky Leg (10? reps 3 times with 75 air squats in between)
 deadlift   1x5: 295  a little too easy.. go up by at least 20 next time</description>
