I think my time was 19:10 but ask Dick. We tied!
HSPU were all hip slaps (and skinned knees)
First round of ring dips were Rx. The rest were with box (but away from body)
Pushups were just as awful as ever.
Last set of front squats was 185×5
Deadlifts was 305×5
HSPU was pretty horizontal hip slaps

7:10- did hip slaps instead. dips were assisted, I think I did one real one. I think I’d be pretty cool to see someone do this workout Rx!

Ring dips: all but first 5-7 were assisted
Push-ups: not good (probably my worst area now), but coming along
front squat 3×5: 175, 185 (3), 185 (4). was doing 165 (or 55?) FS for Stanky Leg (10? reps 3 times with 75 air squats in between)
deadlift 1×5: 295 a little too easy.. go up by at least 20 next time
Subbed weighted dips (20kg) and ppress with 115, pups rxd.
