Dude. There is NO way my shoulders could have handled that. Lifting furniture today was quite the adventure in soreness.

Pushups, dips, and chins rxd. I had to sub military press for hspu as I can’t do them physically and my gym gets mad at me when I try. I held 135 for 2 minutes (had to set it down once for 10 seconds which I made up on the back end) and then did 15 strict presses as I thought that’s what the wod said (I should have written it down).
Got a few stares, but nothing new there. Thanks for the wod.
