25 Push-ups
200 M Sprint
25 Squats
200 M Sprint

If you’ve got a hill near by, use it for your runs.

    Didn’t time & wasn’t accurate on the 200m but got my sister and mom to do it w/ me!! Happy Thanksgiving.

    I didn’t time myself, but i made sure to sprint and used Ramsey hill. good body weight WOD

    Ah, after a day of rest and food I’ll be tackling this bad daddy at the local track today. If I puke up turkey then it probably means I was trying hard.
