23:51. Rxd. Ended up coming off the bar 19 times, so 380 squats. Warmed up with weighted chins, 3×3. Seemed to help.
Sad I missed this workout! But ready for tomorrows…. and ready for Tyler to kill my husband in his elements training!

My hands are a mess…..
24something… Probably around the mid-300s for squats.. moved to 10 squats per drop after the 16 minute mark
14:33 with modified rep scheme, since I just “graduated” to unassisted kipping pull-ups!
15 – 15 – 15 – 10 – 5; 15 squats per drop
Got 8 unassisted pull-ups on the first set and then moved down to light green band

Did 18 pullups on first round!
11:36 came off the bar like 5x. My hands have rips on the previous rips that weren’t healed!
