    55# for me as well, my form starts to go at the end. So… I’ve made more batches of Steph’s macaroons that I’ll admit to; here are a few variations for you if interested: (1) substitute agave nectar for the honey (supposedly lower glycemic); or (2) add a few spoons of almond butter in. Can’t go wrong with these things.
