    8:05. 63/53 lb cleans, almost 24″ box jump. I apparently left my squat in San Francisco. Gotta work on that.

    9:59, just sub 10, woot. 115# cleans and 24″ box. Wow are my quads sore.

    Maybe 12 something. 115 105 105 for squat cleans and Rx Box jump. First time doing the box jumps. Really got them on the second set. Would like to go 120-125 with Squat cleans next time now that box jumps are down.
