    DL 365, 30lbs less than last time. Struggled with this today.

    MY own bodyweight 179lbs.
    My back squat sucks.
    I should do a separate back squat program.
    So i think i did well at 5’9 shortie like me.im happy with it.

    Next year i’ll double it 1605 BEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAST mode!

    Old CFT
    305 – 130 – 365 = 800

    New CFT
    315 – 135 – 370 = 820
