Back Squat to 275. That was my PR from last Crossfit Total so shooting for something higher when we retest.

I can not begin to describe how much I didn’t want to do this workout. I spent the day volunteering at the fair: 7 hours on my feet, late lunch (on a stick), not enough water and we were rowing. Not a recipe for a good workout, but…. I was happy with the results
