    Back Squat to 275. That was my PR from last Crossfit Total so shooting for something higher when we retest.

    Row – love/hate with this workout.
    Round 1: 1:39
    Round 2: 1:39
    Round 3: 1:41
    Round 4: 1:40

    New PR Back Squat -275lbs.
    (Up 10lbs from last 1rep max months ago)

    For CROSSFIT TOTAL NEXT WEEK hopefully 280-285lbs back squat.
    Deadlift im hoping to hit 395 PR now.

    Aren’t Intention Fridays the best??? The. BEST. Great job 6 and 7 AM (I’ll say it, since Markese didn’t show up today to say it)!!! Loved all the cheering and friendly competing/racing this morning!

    I can not begin to describe how much I didn’t want to do this workout. I spent the day volunteering at the fair: 7 hours on my feet, late lunch (on a stick), not enough water and we were rowing. Not a recipe for a good workout, but…. I was happy with the results
    1:55 (?)
