    Power clean dubs to 205, had more in me, felt good today.
    Gotta keep working on fast elbow turnover.
    Metcon- 11 rds + 14 rx. Super proud of those numbers.

    Power clean doubles at 108, will shoot for 113 at least next time

    Metcon 7 rds + 6 RX. I love a good clean and jerk WOD at a slightly heavier weight!
