Friday – 081613 – Snatch, OHS, Burpees…

Ryan L walking on his hands...[/caption] For Load: 2 Power Snatch + 1 OHS Open WOD 13.1 AMRAP - 17 Minutes: 40 Burpees 30 Snatches (75/45) 30 Burpees 30 Snatches (135/75) 20 Burpees 30 Snatches (165/100) 10 Burpees AMRAP in remainder of time:  Snatch (210/120) In an effort to standardize the burpee, athletes must jump and touch a stationary object (a bar, a hanging ring, a line on the wall) that is at least 6" beyond their extended overhead reach. Any variation of the snatch is acceptable for this workout. Athletes may choose to snatch, power snatch or split snatch so long as they move the bar from ground to OH in one fluid motion.     2nd place with 145 reps RX ,missed Matt S with 148.nxt time Sanders,,,
    This was 5 reps more than las time i attempted this.
    “40 burps
    75lb x30
    30 burps
    135 x 30
    15 burps. RX”
    That was 5days in a row. Nothing til Monday now.rest

    13.1 Rx – 120 – 2 less than in the open. Left some on the table today folks.

    Also did 61 on 13.3 Monday Rx – again 2 reps short.

    Didn’t feel the push to perform like I did in the open. Interesting.
