AMRAP – 2 Minutes
Athletes will spend two minutes at each couplet. The rep scheme will always be 5 reps of each movement. There is no transition time allocated between couplets.
1) Box Jumps (24/20) / Air Squats
2) Push-ups / Pull-ups
3) WB Shots (20/14) / MB Cleans (20/14)
4) DB Push Press / DB Hang Clean
5) Walking Lunge / Burpee
6) KB Swings (53/35) / Sit-ups
7) Thrusters (45/33) / TTB
This workout will take exactly 14 minutes from start to finish. The score will be total rounds for each individual couplet, but for the sake of white-board space, coaches will take total (cumulative) round totals.
