    Bench Press, 3 sets @ 230, no assistance.
    Metcon: 11:39 @ 135. Needed to reduce reps, struggled with translating dip to shoulders to rotating bar in hands to press. When I simply pressed, had better results. Need to work on technique and shoulder/wrist flexibility.

    Kept Dylverine in my sites, but not close enough to catch him…damn Adamantium…

    WOD: 14:30 @ 75. Dropped from 95 after bopping my head at rep 6 during the 8 setter. Ouchie.
