    Great Job 7am class!!
    Snatch work up to 165.
    For the WOD 7 RDS plus 6 RX, the lunges were surprisingly tough !!
    Stay classy 6am !!

    Year and a half ago i used to look on the blog here and the white board at
    CF minneapolis thinking “wow how do these guys do it,fast times,RXing,big weights.
    But Now i look at the board at the same exact crossfitters’ times and weights and im
    Either equal or faster than them.

    If ur a beginner thinking the same.
    Hard work,no quitting,no alcohol,eat plenty of protein.ull get there :) i did
