Snatch doubles to 125. Felt good today. Ran out of time, was shooting for 135.
WOD- 19:30 rx. Box jumps were brutal, but they are getting better.
Snatch doubles up to 105, focus on form seems to be working, felt like I was getting under the bar. 13:28 rx for the metcon. Had trouble finding a rhythm on box jumps
15:56 on the WOD as Rx’d. First time in three weeks I was able to jump with broken toe!
