Friday – 062813 – Deadlift, TTB, Box Jumps, WB Shots…

Check out the modified hand position on the clean from KStarr, who has a bad right shoulder and can't rack the bar on both sides. No, this is not an excuse to do it in the gym, it's just a cool video... Deadlift: Establish 10RM Hand must stay on the bar during the set. Bouncing/rebounding is not allowed. Bars should land lightly with each rep. 4 Rounds for time: 20 TTB 20 Box Jumps (24/20) 20 WB Shots (20/14) Post thoughts and times to "comments".
