    Not to be simplistic, but I would first scale the weight.

    Today’s WOD done with jumping muscle-ups, 10:21.

    BS UP TO 315

    11.23rx – got stuck and had a mini-melt down on the last muscle up – took about 3mins 30 seconds to finally get it after 10 fails

    Squat: 265, 265, 275, 285. 9:5? Rx, but wasn’t turning out rings at the bottom and wasn’t getting full extension at bottom, especially in the later rounds. My forearms were toast.
