EMOM – 8 Minutes:

1 Back Squat (90%)

For time:

50 Box Jumps (24/20)
40 OH Walking Lunges (45/25)
30 TTB
20 Burpees
10 M HS Walk

These throttled back workouts are intended to keep conditioning up without causing too much fatigue and soreness. With next week being a re-test week, you’ll want to make sure you’re staying active without frying your legs, posterior or CNS.
