1 Minute of Push-ups – Max Reps
1 Minute of Squats – Max Reps

    If you get a squat cage you can just use that with the bands to do the same thing.

    subbed kb swings for row; used a 12kg kb as that’s what I’ve got.

    totals: 141 kb swings, 90 pushups, 164 squats.
