Didn’t make it to the gym today, so did the bear complex workout followed by some deadlifts. Had a failure on 65 lbs (last set) of the bear, but did manage to deadlift 205 afterward, twice :)

  6. Ian says:

    15:22 100# Assisted
Some of them were actual Clean and not Power Cleans. Jesus.

I had to do this workout at Lifetime Fitness – too much to write about all the crazy things I saw there, but I’d love to share them another day at the gym (I got the week free pass b/c I had to meet some people there to work on dance stuff). All I can say is that I didn’t see the “No Girls Allowed” sign in the weight “room” and had a terrible time finding any weights not attached to machines.

I did 75 or 85 lbs. don’t know b/c no one could seem to figure out how much the bars weigh there, and subbed bench “dips”. Because I could still walk afterwards, I decided to add a 12-9-6 of KTE and DB PP – amazing how weak my right arm and shoulder still are :( . Hope to get in tomorrow!
