One of the hardest workouts thus far! Wanted to go down on weight, but tyler talked me out of it..thx!  It was VERY hard, but felt good when I finished! The last 10 thusters are hell!!! Thanks to Mike, Bob, Joe, Ian, and Tyler for pushing me! Fun class!</description>
