Warm-up:
Five 1 minute rounds of tug-a-war
Five 1 minute rounds of BB push-a-war

For time:
10 KB Swings
1 Thruster
10 KB Swings
2 Thrusters
10 KB Swings
3 Thrusters

Finish when you are at 10 KB swings and 10 Thrusters. KB weight is 1.5 Pood for men, 1 Pood for women.  Thruster weight is 135# for men, 95# for women.

    One of the hardest workouts thus far! Wanted to go down on weight, but tyler talked me out of it..thx! It was VERY hard, but felt good when I finished! The last 10 thusters are hell!!! Thanks to Mike, Bob, Joe, Ian, and Tyler for pushing me! Fun class!

    Wish I could have pushed through at 135 on the thrusters, but it would have been a LONG WOD if I had.
