Back Squat – max #113
Strict Press – max #55
14 Rounds + 13 reps
Back – 195 (left knee is still scary)
Strict – 125
14 rounds + 10
Back did tighten up during the jumping
Back – 205
SP – 95 (?)
10 rounds + 10 then some more, ran out of breath bad
15 Rounds + 11. My legs are rubber.
WU: Back squat – 185, 185, 205. Switching to high back instead of low back felt a little weird.
SP – 95
10 rounds +10, then Tyler made us another round, only got 10 again, rested a minute and decided to go again, and got 12 during minute 14. The lack of rest between minute 10 and 11 killed me.
Squat- ended at 140 lbs, strict press 75 lbs
16 + 14 8ft jumps.
Hey, guess I wasn’t so far off in my own crossfit universe!
Did back squat 3×5 at 120 lbs and threw in 10 deadlifts at 133/143 just for fun. Did ten reps strict press at 45/50 as well. Rowed 2km in 9:30 or so. Went back to sitting on my butt. Car battery died and bike broke, which is why I have not been joining you all.
Back Squat: 235, 245, 255
Post workout Strict press: 95,115,120
Main WOD: 12 rounds + 12 jumps
Strict press was a little weak. I’m guessing mabye because it was after the WOD. Did 3 SPs at 135 10 days ago as warmup to Fran.
The muscles that oppose the calf are sore today. Nice change
