    7:20. DL Rxd. Subbed 1 foot box jumps for double unders as my gym has a “no jumprope” policy.

    Last 5 deadlifts were 1-2-2. Would go up to 255 or 265 next time.
    Got 38 DUs in a row. Last set was in 6s and 15s

    I was mixing doubles and singles on my first round and had NO idea of count
    Why am I awake?

    185# and 150 single jumps. 10:30 i think? ugh…knee did not like this workout.

    Ended up just doing a starting-strength back squat and strict press workout; recovering from my travel and etc. Hope to be back in the box soon for some challenging workouts.
