I did a three-hour 11 mile cross country ski. &quot;Constantly varied...&quot; I felt those squat cleans in every kick. 

You should all come out and do the Luminary Loppet around the lakes in Minneapolis, evening of February 6. Non-competitive and pretty outdoor opportunity!</description>
