    Go to 115-125 next time as I was only breaking up the SDHP into 2 parts maybe 3 parts at the last set.

    Did 8 rounds in 14:22 with 63#, light green band pull-ups, and blue band push-ups

    I did a three-hour 11 mile cross country ski. “Constantly varied…” I felt those squat cleans in every kick.

    You should all come out and do the Luminary Loppet around the lakes in Minneapolis, evening of February 6. Non-competitive and pretty outdoor opportunity!

    OMG, Kaisa, I went cross country skiing for the first time today. Can you say “uffda”? My whole body hurts – from using my muscles? Or perhaps from falling on my butt and elbows one too many times?

    It is a whole-body workout :) Sounds like you had fun, Stephanie! (or maybe I’m just reading what I want to read?)

    I know there are other skiers in the gym — we’re gonna get you all out there sometime!

    This one was brutal for me.

    Didn’t finish…
    75# on the bar, using bands for pullups and pushups, finished 8 rounds.
