For time:
Run 5 K

We will meet at the building and walk to the bike path across the bridge that runs along the river.  Please don’t be late as we’ll need to use the time well.

Post thoughts and times to “comments”.

    24:55

Averages out to 4:59 per 1K or 1:59 per 400M which doesn’t seem too good.

    I did get a good tan :-)

I ran on the grass as much as possible there and back. Singing along to the Deftones didn’t help my time but did help my attitude.

There was a point where I felt my body breathing steadily, so I pushed a little harder from there until I got back to catch-up mode.

  2. Jeff says:

    30:33

  3. Dick says:

Felt like a rest day, until about an hour ago when my legs turned jello.

  4. Nick says:

25:25. I had to stop for traffic a few times on my route, but still a good time for me. Best ever was 25:18.

  5. Deborah says:

21:54 most frustrating 5k I’ve ever run.. maybe.
