    Oh good God that was rough. First three sets were okay, then it went downhill. Couldn’t breathe. Also tore open two caluses on the last set of pull-ups. Green band, all good but the last set.

    First round was 1:50…each round was about 10 seconds longer almost entirely due to pushups.
    My shoulders HURT after this workout
    First 3 sets of pullups I did all 10 in a row

    13:20 or 13:40 can’t remember exactly. I was about 10 – 15 seconds behind Deb. My slowest round was 1:38 and it was the 2nd round – I was faster toward the end and I felt it.

    15:56 give or take a few seconds due to my lack of concentration while calculating when to start after 90 second breaks…. ;)
