What is Crossfit Endurance?
CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity. CrossFit Endurance programming is structured, sport-specific and seamlessly integrated with Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, explosive activity and mobility-based support.
What does the program entail?
Our 6- week program is running specific, for those training for 5k to half marathon distances, or are looking to improve their running skills. CrossFit Endurance classes count towards a regular class, plus an additional $20 registration fee, and will meet Thursdays and Mondays at 6:30pm at CrossFit Minneapolis (there will be a concurrent program at CFSP on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 10am which can be attended as make-ups). Runners will work on drills, technique and performance. An additional workout will be assigned each week to do on your own or with a group. This 6- week program will be led by CF Endurance certified coach Andrea Jones and University of Michigan track star Brandon Fellows.
