First, attend one of our Free Intro Workouts that’s held every Thursday at 7:00pm and Saturday at 11am or email us at [email protected] to schedule a 1 on 1 consultation. During the Intro Workout we will explain the CrossFit methodology, class and programming structure, and guide you through a short workout using bodyweight movements that anyone can perform regardless of athletic background. After the workout we will discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss membership options. Please register for the Intro Workout by emailing us at [email protected] Once you’ve decided to begin training with us you have 4 options:
Option 1: Begin with On-Ramp Classes
On-Ramp Classes meet at 6am and 6:00pm on Tues/Thurs/Fri, and focus on teaching CrossFit’s foundational movements along with ramping up the intensity of each workout. In each class you’ll learn 1-3 new movements, practice those movements, and participate in a workout that can be scaled for all fitness levels. New members can start every Tuesday and can attend as many classes as necessary before moving onto regular group classes.
Option 2: Begin with Bootcamp
CFMPLS Bootcamp is for people looking for fast results without including heavy barbell training in their program. Workouts are short, intense, and fun, and can be adjusted to any individual’s physical abilities.
CFMPLS Bootcamp uses the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to develop build strength and endurance while promoting fat loss. This class focuses on bodyweight exercises, high repetition weightlifting movements, and metabolic conditioning without the complex barbell lifts used in regular CrossFit classes.
Classes are 45 minutes and meet at 5:00pm on Mon/Wed/Fri for 6 weeks. Our next Bootcamp starts Wednesday, June 5. Click here for more details and register.
Option 3: Begin with Private On-Ramp
If our scheduled On-Ramp Classes don’t fit into your schedule or you want extra attention to learn the dynamic lifts and progress at your own pace, personal training is the best option for learning the moves we use in CrossFit and entering our regular group classes. Most people can learn the moves required for our group classes in 4-8 one hour sessions, which we will agree upon during your introductory appointment.
Option 4: Begin with Private Training
We also offer personal training for those who don’t wish to enter our group classes. Individuals with sport/competition specific goals, or who just want individualized programming, one-on-one attention, and the accountability that comes with it are perfect for this option. We have trainers with many years experience as personal trainers who can create programs tailored to your specific fitness goals.
