If you’re already familiar with CrossFit and its style of fitness, then by all means, stop in during open gym times and sign up for regular class membership!
New to CrossFit?
If, on the other hand, you’re new to CrossFit and just looking to give it a try, give us a call and set up a FREE consultation session. From there, we’ll establish times for your two “Elements” personal training appointments, in which we’ll introduce you to a number of the unique movements we employ as part of our training. After your elements course, you’ll be ready to drop in to the regular class sessions, that is unless you wish to continue your personal training for a sustained period. All we ask is that you give our Elements course a try – we want you to be up to speed on your first day of regular classes!
